How We Work

Call 07714 433 429 or send a WhatsApp message. Tell me what's happening — I'll ask a few questions to understand the problem and advise whether it's urgent. For emergencies, I'll give you an estimated arrival time right away.

For non-emergencies, we'll arrange a time that works for you — same day, next day, or a scheduled appointment. I'll confirm by text or call so you know exactly when to expect me. No waiting in all day.

On arrival, I'll inspect the problem, explain what's causing it, and show you the faulty component if possible. I'll answer any questions you have so you understand exactly what's wrong before any work starts.

Once I've diagnosed the issue, I'll give you a fixed price for the repair — including all parts and labour. There's no obligation to proceed, and there are no hidden charges. The price I quote is the price you pay.

If you're happy to proceed, I'll carry out the repair there and then — most jobs are completed in a single visit. I use dust sheets, keep the area clean, and work efficiently. For larger jobs, I'll agree a schedule with you upfront.

Every job comes with a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Before I leave, I'll test the repair, clean up, and explain what I've done. I'll also advise on any maintenance to prevent future problems.
